My Approach
I am here to support children, adolescents, and adults work through challenging issues and life changes. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer parent consultation for caregivers interested in receiving support around specific parenting-related issues.
Utilizing a creative and playful space, my clients and I co-create a therapeutic environment that provides opportunities to explore through forms of self-expression. I draw from Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to best support emotional growth and healing for each individual client.
The length of therapy will depend on the goals we develop to address the underlying concerns that brought you, your child or adolescent, or family to therapy. We know that children and young people do not develop in isolation, therefore I invite parents and/or primary caregivers to take part in their child's sessions when appropriate and in support of treatment goals. Please note that all sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Telemedicine/Online Therapy and Consultation
In an effort to support individuals who aren't able to come in for office appointments, I am able to provide telehealth appointments through a secure, HIPAA-verified video service. Please contact me for more details.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care providers, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate
